Because live animals are sensitive and perishable, returns are not accepted once birds have been delivered and confirmed to be in good condition at pickup or delivery.
However, we guarantee that:
All live birds are healthy, active, and free from visible defects at the point of sale.
Customers are encouraged to inspect the birds before taking possession.
If you receive a bird that is dead on arrival (DOA):
You must notify us immediately within 1 hour of delivery, with photo or video evidence.
A replacement or partial refund will be arranged based on verification.
We ensure that all products are fresh, properly processed, and hygienically packaged.
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns once products have been opened or used.
You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:
The wrong product was delivered.
The product was damaged, spoiled, or unsafe at delivery.
The product was not delivered as described.
To report such issues:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide photo evidence of the product’s condition.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch or processing without penalty.
Once an order is in transit or already processed (slaughtered, packaged, or shipped), cancellations are not possible.
If a refund is approved:
Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.
Payment will be made via the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
